Bel’s Oysters is a family owned and operated oyster farm on the beautiful Shoalhaven River on NSW’s South Coast. The Shoalhaven region is famous for its endless pristine beaches, abundant national parks, quaint villages, thriving food and wine scene and quality local produce.

As part of a small community of Shoalhaven oyster farmers, we focus on growing fresh, wild caught Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters using sustainable farming methods to maintain water quality and protect marine habitats. We love how this unique, rare and delicious bivalve actually benefits the marine environment.

Oyster lovers know that the best way to eat them is straight out of the water, so we send our oysters directly from our farm to your door, ensuring maximum freshness and taste. With our farm situated only 2.5 hours’ drive south of Sydney, you can enjoy live oysters at home with friends that have been harvested only the day before. It’s all about savouring fresh quality produce sourced directly from local farmers.
